School Hours
The school hours are from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. Drop off will start at 7:30 AM and students will be marked tardy after 8:00 AM. Student dismissal will begin at 3:00 PM.
Parent(s) will not be allowed to check out kids in the front office after 2:30 pm.
Grade Scale
PreK-10 as well as Encore Classes all work on a 10-point grading scale
In Case of Inclement Weather
The Principals may delay opening or may close the school when inclement weather, mechanical failure, or other circumstance creates an actual or potential safety threat. In such instances, there will be several means by which we will disseminate information. These means include:

- Local News Outlets
*We serve students from multiple counties so we will work with local news stations to provide information for school closings, early dismissals, and delays
Portals and Apps
PowerSchool
PowerSchool’s Public Portal gives parents access to view their attendance records, assignments, and grades at any time. The Public Portal is password protected. In order to access the PowerSchool Portal, individuals must go to our school’s PowerSchool website or you can download the PowerSchool app. If you see any issues with your child’s attendance please contact the Front Office.
